Dmitry Bagrash — Biography

Dmitry Bagrash was born on 09.05.1968 in Moscow. He has lived in Berlin since 1992. Entrepreneur in automotive electronics, publicist, human rights defender.

Since 2020 he has organised demonstrations and actions in Berlin against the Putin regime. On 23 February 2021 he founded Unkremlin e.V., of which he remains chairman to this day.

From February 2022 he helped Ukrainian refugees, appeared daily as a live commentator on Ukrainian television, and took part in humanitarian aid efforts. He was detained on 14 December 2022.

Unkremlin e.V.

An association dedicated to supporting people harmed by the Russian government and informing the European public about the dangers of the Kremlin regime. The Russian delegation at OSCE meetings mentioned Unkremlin e.V. in official documents (2021 and 2022) as a politically dangerous organisation.
